Order is important - Gazebo, controller, robot description need to interact in a precise order. Getting this right was quite difficult. Therefore, I used the ros2 demo repository for a comparison. This project provides a Docker container that includes a complete Ubuntu runtime with ROS2 foxy, all required plugins, and the robot’s description and Gazebo simulation configuration. When this container is started, I see the following log message.

Hello everyone I need help building a tutorial for Ignition Gazebo as I keep getting errors when building.
Hello everyone, I am currently doing my master thesis and I am trying to use ROS2 in combination with Gazebo (or Ignition Gazebo) and MoveIt2 to simulate a robot. I want to use this Tutorial and go from there. But I keep getting errors when trying to build ign_ros2_control from source. I have done everything as described in the tutorial. Below are informations on what I am using: Kubuntu 20.04 Focal Fossa ROS2 Galactic (package) Ignition Gazebo Edifice (package) MoveIt2 (package) ros_ign (package) ign_ros2_control (from source) (all of the above is also linked in the linked tutorial)
