Cheap MO Cap? is that even a thing?
VRMocap: A VR-based system. I haven't actually tried this one because it requires Vive tracker pucks, which I don't have, but it looks like the most fully-featured inexpensive option.

Alternative to VUP?
XR Animator might be what you're looking for if you're willing to record an entire video and not just an MP3 for the lipsync. Audio-only lipsync tends to be quite bad, though you can probably ask Butz to add it if you're not willing to compromise.

How the actual hell has nobody made a dedicated vtubing camera that can compete with the iPhone's true depth camera?
