Using LazyVim and Mason.nvim LSP manager. How do I add arguments to the clangd or and LSP?

No variables seen in the debugging window in Vimspector while debugging a c++ program in Neovim. Breakpoints set are not seen too

What editor or IDE do you use?
I have set up CMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS=ON. But sometimes I get errors on include files. I feel like maybe I have an issue in clangd setup. And the plugin is great news I will check it out.
