Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Aha, I make it on purpose and for good looking :). It'll show You the full labels by default, but some of the labels of x-axis may overlap each other, or you have to change the figure size or the orientation of x-axis label(e.g.: vertical) by the parameter xticklabel_kws in manhattanplot() function in qmplot. You can find the example here: https://github.com/ShujiaHuang/qmplot/blob/main/docs/tutorial.ipynb
