May you tell me which Multi Account Manager for Roblox should I use. And can you tell me if am safe from it since am not really sure but I did Install one(multi account manager) and after around 1-2 hours everytime I tried to connect to my wifi it would either disconnect without me doing anything or just wont connect to it, I fixed this issue by shutting down my pc and my wifi fully for 10 mins and reconnected it back on and somehow its back to normal, still not sure if am fully safe yet, since the tronscript I used while I was offline didn't function fully(I wasn't gonna wait that long.), note that my other devices were working with no issues at all except for my PC. The link I used was from https://github.com/ic3w0lf22/Roblox-Account-Manager by ic3w0lf22 on github.

Is it possible to get banned for Multi-Roblox?
Before byfron, I used account manager (https://github.com/ic3w0lf22/Roblox-Account-Manager) for 11+ accounts in one game and on one device, is it safe to use now without the risk of getting banned? And one more question what is better to use now account manager or an alternative on wearedevs? (https://wearedevs.net/dinfo/Multiple%20Games)

Which tools should I use to create my game ?
Some that I am aware of and that support at least Windows and Android are (Monogame)[https://www.monogame.net/], (Cocos2D)[https://www.cocos.com/en/cocos2d-x], (LÖVE)[https://love2d.org/]. But there are likely many more. Even more basic ones which are just another abstraction layer on top of SDL (like (Oxygine)[https://oxygine.org/]).
