You have to download it from github (https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases/tag/v5.4.22) clicking your system type's zip and then paste the core folder inside it where the actual one is (C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Thunderstore Mod Manager\DataFolder\LethalCompany\profiles\{profile}\BepInEx).
