A new version of BTTT: BattleTech TableTop has been released! For those unfamiliar, this is my fan project to recreate tabletop play in a network PC game. You can play online, LAN, local hotseat, or against AI opponents.

Oh that's a good idea! Unfortunately that's not really possible in this version. All map hexes use this grey texture which is colored by terrain height in the code.

Here is BTTT: BattleTech TableTop v0.9.1, my fan project to recreate the tabletop experience in a network PC game. BTTT focuses on a streamlined implementation of just the core rules that my friends and I actually play rather than attempting to support every possible BattleTech feature like MegaMek. It also animates movements and combat, though it is nowhere near as pretty as HBS BattleTech.

Installing/Getting to work on Android, help.
It's been awhile, but I had to open the config INI file that stores the file locations and populate it so it knew where to look for the rct2 files in order to get it to work. openrct2 is an open source reimplementation of rollercoaster tycoon 2. might be worth studying how they did it to get some ideas.
