  assuming it's a v2.0 skr mini: https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3/tree/master/firmware/V2.0 grab firmware file and put it on the microSD but rename it firmware.bin and it'll flash the newer firmware when you turn it on.

  1) Try flashing fw from btt git https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3/tree/master/firmware/V2.0 2) if not yet then use config files from marlin git for your ender as they are tuned already and only minor changes must be done
