I am trying to use PhyloPhlAn (https://github.com/biobakery/phylophlan). I have read the wiki in GitHub it is very confusing. I tried several runs but it came out as an error.

Beautiful circos plots in Python
Here, I made pyCircos that allow drawing circos plots with matplotlib. By using this package, not only circos plots but also complex polar plots can be quickly drawn.
