Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Animated mob spawns in vanilla! (using objmc shader)
This is simply amazing IMO. This shader allows you to import .obj models into Minecraft, and those models can include animations too, which you can offset using the CustomPotionColor value. For anyone wanting to get into this too, here's the github link: https://github.com/Godlander/objmc, and I followed a tutorial by good ol' cloudwolf to set up the animation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6l0thbLN48 The animation is fully done by me (model was imported from BlockBench CEM library)

How to change a texture of a block in-game?
The idea is to create blocks with an animated texture of an NPC with the objmc tool, there will be 3 animations that will be played in the form of different textures of the block, one of the NPC sitting, another of the NPC jumping and others of the NPC moving its arms. The idea is to be able to modify the texture (animation) and with that to be able to control the action that that NPC is performing.

I made a Mob that picks you up and throws you for my next Adventure Map. (Made and animated with Blockbench, converted to Minecraft using a Blockbench plugin called Animated Java.)
quick tip: if you plan on having a lot of these custom animated entites at once, use objmc instead of animated java. aj uses armor stands to animate your models, which can cause a lot of lag, while objmc uses core shaders which have minimal performance impact

Model Animating Programs?
Hey so I have been working with animating models but I hate the limitations of normal Minecraft. I have been wondering if there is any program that could help with animations. My current option is this program (https://vberlier.github.io/animated-models/) that allows me to do it but it's a bit more limited than id like. I want something such as ModelEngine (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/conxeptworks-model-engine%E2%80%94ultimate-custom-entity-model-manager-1-14-1-19.79477/ ) but I guess that costs $19 which to me is a complete waste of money so I'm not doing that. I do know of some program called OBJMC (https://github.com/Godlander/objmc) that can turn blender models into Minecraft models and would be really helpful but I have no idea how to use it or where I could find a tutorial. Could anyone help?

I made a tool to convert any obj model into a minecraft block model
with only a resourcepack, we can now display any model in game the generator can be found at https://github.com/Godlander/objmc a python script is used to convert an obj file. a json model is generated with the right number of faces, and a texture is generated containing data about where the vertices of those faces go, as well as the normal direction for lighting then, with the new core shaders in resourcepacks, the encoded data is read and the model is rendered ingame.

Mesh sequence animation lighting changes without reason
I have exported a series of .obj files from an external cloth simulation engine. I import them into blender using the Stop-motion-OBJ plugin which converts the objs to a mesh sequence. I apply a material on my cloth using BlenderKit. However at some of the frames the light suddenly changes and the colour of the cloth is completely different from frame to frame. For example from the first to the mid frame and then from the mid to the end frame the lighting changes completely. I use cycles at 128 samples with 0.01 noise threshold. I normally also have HDR lighting but I have turned it off for these renders in order to debug the issue. Here I am only keeping a single area light and I kept the image resolution low for fast rendering, but even with high resolution I get the exact same problem. What could the issue be?

OBJ animation file import
I found https://github.com/neverhood311/Stop-motion-OBJ but it requires a separate .obj file for each frame.

Morphing crossed helical gears
Nope. I used the Stop Motion OBJ addon to load and animate a sequence of meshes. The meshes themselves were generated with an external python script.

Converting OBJ sequence to glTF with animations?
I've been thinking about this for a while and I do have a *very* experimental branch that aims to export OBJ sequences to glTF. Here's the link: https://github.com/neverhood311/Stop-motion-OBJ/tree/shape-key-baking but use at your own risk. Basically, it merges every frame of the sequence into a single object, then uses shape keys (AKA morph targets) to switch between frames.

Export Obj Sequence as FBX?
i just imported a sequence of obj files with the Stop Motion OBJ Plugin. Now i would like to convert my obj sequence into a single FBX file that i can use in other 3d software.
