Project mention: Mesh sequence animation lighting changes without reason | /r/blenderhelp | 2023-10-15I have exported a series of .obj files from an external cloth simulation engine. I import them into blender using the Stop-motion-OBJ plugin which converts the objs to a mesh sequence. I apply a material on my cloth using BlenderKit. However at some of the frames the light suddenly changes and the colour of the cloth is completely different from frame to frame. For example from the first to the mid frame and then from the mid to the end frame the lighting changes completely. I use cycles at 128 samples with 0.01 noise threshold. I normally also have HDR lighting but I have turned it off for these renders in order to debug the issue. Here I am only keeping a single area light and I kept the image resolution low for fast rendering, but even with high resolution I get the exact same problem. What could the issue be?
