how to fix Raw Input plugin getting interference?
The usual joystick plugin that I would use is outdated for ue5 (https://github.com/tsky1971/UEJoystickPlugin) so I have to use the raw input plugin for an aircraft flight stick + rudder pedals. I'm getting interference though, even if I set up the vender and product ids correctly and make sure both devices write to different axis. For example, if I move the rudder pedals one of the flight stick's axis gets messed up until I stop moving the rudder pedals, after which the flight stick's axis works correctly. Are there any free alternatives to raw input or any way to fix interference? running on 5.0.2 btw

Using Multiple DirectInput Devices
There is a free SDL2 plugin, which I use to read inputs from 2 joysticks simultaneously. The plugin has been forked many times over the years, including by me. https://github.com/tsky1971/UEJoystickPlugin https://github.com/brifsttar/JoystickPlugin

Steam controller blinks by in the Days Gone PC trailer at about 1:14. Here’s hoping for proper support!
I forgot to mention this; you can implement SDL2 Joystick stuffs to Unreal Engine either a free or a paid plugin.

Will we see an unreal engine 5 unreal tournament?
We have a much better chance of getting a fan-made UT-like game

Unreal Tournament 4 saved by UT4UU community!
Oh, and there are efforts to make a UT clone out there. First one that comes to mind is OpenTournament (Youtube). But you know how these sorts of projects go. Things like OpenRA and OpenMW took extraordinary amounts of time and are pretty rare cases of playable progress being made to clone games.

My hope for the future of UT
Start supporting indie devs. A community-supported classic UT99 could function like Quake Live. And Open Tournament for a modern UT3/UT4 successor: https://github.com/OpenTournament/OpenTournament

I've been working on an Arena Shooter called Galaxy Grudge for a while now. Here is my current progress. UT fans will notice many similarities!
Do you know about the Open Tournament project which is currently ongoing?
