Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Using ImGui.NET with SDL2-CS?
I'm building a mini game engine using SDL2-CS as a way to learn about things like P/Invoke. (I already have quite a bit of experience with C++ and SDL2)

Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. Doesn't mean it will be pretty though...

Anyone able to get SDL2 working with C#?
Download, build and add a reference to this SDL2 C# binding by @flibitijibibo: (https://github.com/flibitijibibo/SDL2-CS)

SDL2 + OpenGL in C#?
Is there a way for me to use SDL2 with OpenGL and C#? The SDL2 C# bindings I'm using don't seem to have bindings for the OpenGL commands. Honestly I just want a quick way to draw 2D primitives with fragment shaders (I don't need vertex shaders). I've worked with OpenTK, but it seems counterintuitive to mold it into a program where you wanna just make draw calls without worrying about Vertex Arrays. Is there any way for me to get access to fragment shaders in SDL2 with C#?

I need something like Pygame + PyOpenGL or LWJGL, but for C#/.NET

What are some good tutorials for making 2D games with C# in visual studio without a game engine?
I'd recommend using an SDL2 wrapper for C# (possibly this one) and start building your system out piece by piece. You'll learn more from this attempt than any book, course, or existing game engine could ever teach you.

Do somebody use SDL for C#?
Hi. I wrote my own little game in python. Now I'd like to do the same in C# to learn the language. Pygame is a binding of SDL so I got interested in it. I googled and found two bindings of SDL for C#: https://github.com/flibitijibibo/SDL2-CS https://github.com/babelshift/SharpDL But I see in internet that SDL is very unpopular. Do somebody of you use SDL in C# for game developing? I prefer SDL over Unity or Monogame for now, because I'd like to program as low level as possible.

HELP! OpenGL for C#
OpenTK is probably the most known library for that.

A friend sent this to me, before passing away.
I used OpenTK, an OpenGL framework for C# and hacked together a small app that renders a fullscreen textured quad (in this case OP's image) with a shader I found in this article.

Games from scratch
i'd go for OpenTK so you don't have to learn c++ in addition. also one of the most important things is understanding how to communicate with the GPU and for that https://learnopengl.com/ is a great resource. (also creating a 3d engine is not really that much harder than a 2d engine in my opinion)

Is it possible to make the keyboard a separate device (like controllers) for local multiplayer?
But OpenTK can, and you can use it within godot if you add it as a C# library with godot C# https://opentk.net/

My first attempt to create an octree based LOD system for a blocky planet, still fighting with seams
Thanks! I'm creating an engine (far from being ready for public use) while developing the game based on OpenTK which is pretty much like GLFW for C# (it is a bit more advanced than that though), so yeah pretty much from scratch.
What are some alternatives?
