  I second Retrobat (https://www.retrobat.org/). It's basically Batocera for Windows. I have launchbox / bigbox as well and while it has a little more customization, Retrobat is way easier to setup and free. I paid the 5 fee for the full automatic version and it was worth every penny so far.

  take a look at www.retrobat.org (if you're into retrogaming). I use it in conjunction with steam big picture mode on my couch machine.

  https://www.retrobat.org/ all the information is there in windows just creat a folder put all emulators rims and bios files and you run Retrobat like a regular windows exe file
