This thing is an emulation beast!!!! Highly recommend Launchbox !!!š
I second Retrobat (https://www.retrobat.org/). It's basically Batocera for Windows. I have launchbox / bigbox as well and while it has a little more customization, Retrobat is way easier to setup and free. I paid the 5 fee for the full automatic version and it was worth every penny so far.

Anyone else think it would be cool to have a type of kodi all-in-one launcher that can install and play games from anywhere?
take a look at www.retrobat.org (if you're into retrogaming). I use it in conjunction with steam big picture mode on my couch machine.

Can I put this In My desktop? I also have a lot of AAA games on windows so Iām scared it will mess up my games windows , will it work and keep windows?

Neogeo is epic...so much history, great games and hidden gems. Have you looked at emulation first to try out the systems or to maybe have them all, as not a cheap hobby. Sharp-Bilinear Shaders for Retroarch
If 15Khz/consumer CRTs are more your thing, I've written a shader for RetroArch to get things looking proper on those types of displays:

For what it's worth I'm still using this pretty much daily a year after I wrote it. Experiencing your favorite 'content' on different displays, speakers, formats etc. is like a cheat to get excited about the same-old again.
