I second Retrobat (https://www.retrobat.org/). It's basically Batocera for Windows. I have launchbox / bigbox as well and while it has a little more customization, Retrobat is way easier to setup and free. I paid the 5 fee for the full automatic version and it was worth every penny so far.

Anyone else think it would be cool to have a type of kodi all-in-one launcher that can install and play games from anywhere?
take a look at www.retrobat.org (if you're into retrogaming). I use it in conjunction with steam big picture mode on my couch machine.

Can I put this In My desktop? I also have a lot of AAA games on windows so I’m scared it will mess up my games windows , will it work and keep windows?
https://www.retrobat.org/ all the information is there in windows just creat a folder put all emulators rims and bios files and you run Retrobat like a regular windows exe file

Neogeo is epic...so much history, great games and hidden gems. Have you looked at emulation first to try out the systems or to maybe have them all, as not a cheap hobby. Can someone please help I recently bought a RG353v It was fine and running well but suddenly it's just booting to android and not booting to Linux firmware I also tried booting Jelos but it just boots android automatically can some please help ?
It should be possible. Apparently it also could be an issue if you don't unzip the roms. But it also could be you simply don;t have any bios files in the bios folder. Get them here and try again.

Ps2 bios isn't recognized
I have the files I downloaded from here https://archive.org/details/retroarchbiospack1.0312020 and when i unzipped those and pasted them into the bios folder they didn't work so then i tried the first one in this https://github.com/Abdess/retroarch_system/releases/tag/v20220308 and unzipped aswell and it still didnt read them
