roscore not starting correctly

    the OSRF has actually an docker-wrapper project called "rocker". Which handels setting up docker to use with GUI and GPU. However, for Nvidia GPU it relies on some nvidia-docker toolkit... which I found difficult to get it to work. Anyway, heres the link:
