Information about signing up for a free Epic Games account, and getting access to UnrealEngine source code.

  • Unreal Engine 4 - This one has a lot of cool features but I'm not sure if it's secure enough. It's also quite expensive and I'm not sure if I can afford it.

  • PhysicsExamples2D

Examples of various Unity 2D Physics components and features.

  • Unity3D (Most Popular) - This is the most popular engine for indie developers and it seems to be quite intuitive and feature-rich. I'm worried about its security, though, because there have been reports of intellectual property theft from a lot of users.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.

  • Torque3D

MIT Licensed Open Source version of Torque 3D from GarageGames

  • Torque3D- This one seems great for beginners, as it's free and open-source. The downside is, I'm not sure if it has enough features for complex projects or how secure it is.
