I'm the author of the open source tool osxphotos which can help with this. You'll need to use the command line in the Terminal to use osxphotos.

Is there a way to export exif metadata of multiple images?

Moved some photos to “shared library”, it seems to have changed their dates so they all show as if they were taken when I moved them. Which is a bit annoying.
