See osxphotos help. You'll also have to install the 3rd party free utility exiftool.
I don't think there's an easy way to do this in Photos. One option would be Smart Albums organized by Focal Length then count the photos in the Smart Albums. You could use the free open source tool osxphotos (see also r/osxphotos) to get the data. (Disclaimer: I'm the author/maintainer). For example, if you selected the photos in question in Photos then ran this command from the command line:
