Is there a real time graphics llibrary in c#
I'd recommend Veldrid

Question: How to create OpenGL C# Bindings from scratch? (Bear with me please...)
So, for example, Veldrid, a low cross-platform graphics API-agnostic rendering and compute library for .NET, has its own bindings to provide different graphics backends. How were those created? Is it a completely manual process? are tools available? How are those maintained?

I need something like Pygame + PyOpenGL or LWJGL, but for C#/.NET
https://github.com/mellinoe/veldrid and https://github.com/dotnet/Silk.NET are nice wrappers around several graphic apis

Veldrid is a lower level engine that abstracts away a bunch of backends for you. Youll have to build your own pieces on top.

Veldrid for graphics although I think SILK.net would also work well.

Efficient, cross-platform graphics library?
If you’re interested in C#, You could look into Veldrid. It is 3D however, so im not sure how easy it is to do 2D with it. ImGui.NET is a set of .NET bindings for Dear ImGui, which is one of the best immediate mode gui librarys out there imo. It has a canvas feature which allows you to draw 2D shapes via the gui renderer. Also, the creator of Veldrid and ImGui.NET has an example project for ImGui.NET using veldrid..

XNA vs FNA vs Monogame
Veldrid attempts to wrap several graphics api, directx11, metal, opengl, and vulkan. You would have to write most things from scratch but this lib will work cross platform. Probably not consoles though.

Thirteen Potions Build Log
I used the Phaser framework to build the game! I didn't pick it for any particular reason, I just saw that they were offering prizes at the end of the game jam so I thought it'd be a good choice. In hindsight, once again, I should have read the fine print and realized that Phaser is very large for this kind of game jam, but MOVING ON.

Alternative Game Engines for Marooned Unity Developers
Phaser: I've actually used this engine before! It's pretty decent if you're just making small browser games and really easy to use. I taught a programming class to kids aged 10-15 and we used this for a couple of projects. They had no problem making some decent games with it. MIT Licensed and would definitely recommend giving it a go if you want to make something that has the same sort of style as older browser flash games we all used to play on Miniclip and other similar sites.

Building a Mobile Game with Phaser and Ionic Vue: Part One
I love playing video games, especially console and mobile games. I learned about Phaser (an open source framework for building games with JavaScript) last year and have wanted to try out game development using the skills I already have as a web developer.
