Is ROS1 noetic compatible with turtlebot2?
It is compatible but you might need to compile some packages manually because not all relevent binaries are distributed for noetic. If you are having trouble setting up the workspace I can send you a script similar to that of https://github.com/gaunthan/Turtlebot2-On-Melodic but for noetic.
