How does raylib work with content and export?
raylib has no content manager and neither a default packaging format like MonoGame .xnb BUT I created rres to cover that advance requirement: https://github.com/raysan5/rres

raylib 4.2 released!
rres 1.0: New rres resources packaging file-format, including a rres-raylib library implementation and rrespacker tool. rres file format has been under development for +8 years and it was originally created to be part of raylib. It was highly inspired by XNA XNB resources file format but design has changed a lot along the years. This first release of the format specs is engine-agnostic and has been designed to be portable to any engine, including lots of professional features like data processing, compression and encryption.

does raylib have a package file for its resource files?
raylib does not provide a resource packaging mechanism by default, that's a high-level feature more common to engines than small libraries like raylib... but recently I created rres file-format and required tools for that pourpose: https://github.com/raysan5/rres
- Rres – A free and open file-format to package gamedev resources
- Rres – A simple and easy-to-use file-format to package resources

Ideal method for including resources in Raylib-CS?
For Raylib in C/C++ I am aware of rres, though there doesn't appear to be a port for C#.

What is Feral Interactive's "gamemode" really for? What does it do? Does it really work?
According to the GitHub page:
- Gamemode 1.8 Released

Pop_Os and Heroic dont launch games
A performance optimiser, GameMode by Feral Interactive. It’s not required for anything to launch (unless maybe you’ve configured something to run via gamemoderun and GameMode isn’t actually installed on your system!)
-
Can't find gamemode.ini
EDIT: Nevermind, fixed it. Just create a file called gamemode.ini in $HOME/.config/, and copy inside this.

Bottles – Easily run Windows software on Linux
The ArchWiki has some tips that can help tuning your system to squeeze more performance: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/gaming
This launcher does help too: https://github.com/FeralInteractive/gamemode
On top of that, you can use a patched kernel like: https://xanmod.org/
You can check support status for games here: https://www.protondb.com/
If you run games via Proton with DXVK, you can use the environment variable DXVK_HUD=1 to show a HUD with an FPS meter. Some others prefer mangohud.
Setting your CPU frequency scaling governor and GPU to performance mode also helps.
