While working on a game I wrote some enum utility code. My gut tells me there is a lot to criticise about it.
This is the best I could do. It "injects" operator overloads to the desired enums. You just need to specialize tnt::enable_bit_mask for your type

Best strategy to make a program start with WinMain and main()?
Yes exactly, I try to split up the CMake into logical units and separate when needed by OS. In the last two month I worked through Professional CMake: A Practical Guide (no affiliation, just happy with the book) and tried to apply it to my cross-OS projects.
