Step 0 - Repeat, please read the steps before you do anything as you need streamVr compatible dongles or an Index, and you need this https://github.com/pushrax/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator installed.

Use SpaceCalibrator to align one of the Quest controllers and a single tracker strapped to the same hand using https://github.com/pushrax/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator

you need to download OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator for that to work :)

Use alxr for green screen passthrough on quest. Then use https://github.com/pushrax/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator to align both tracking tracking space's

Are you using the space calibrator?

I'm not sure if this is relevant to the issue you're encountering, but I basically had the same issue when I first got light houses and vive trackers - the light houses wouldn't show up on steamvr at all until I installed OVR Space Calibrator: https://github.com/pushrax/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator

regardless I downloaded OVR and space calibrator and followed the guide, a video, as well as checked the FAQ's and I am still unable to get this working.

Hey there. I believe the issue was due to corrupted config files that didn't get removed during the initial uninstall. After uninstalling the second time I followed the instructions here https://github.com/pushrax/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator/wiki/Troubleshooting-and-FAQ and deleted the files listed in the "config cleanup" section. After reinstalling everything seems to be working fine now.

While they are not officially supported, it is possible to use SteamVR and the OpenVR Space Calibrator to use the Knuckle controllers with a Reverb G2. To use this setup you will need two Steam wireless dongles, or a SteamVR headset to allow the controllers to communicate with your computer, on top of the controllers and Lighthouse base stations. A guide on the process is available here.

This guide, WMR HMD with Valve Index Controllers & Vive Trackers says "if you have a Vive, Cosmos Elite, or Index HMD already, it can be plugged in to just USB and power and used in place of two dongles."

I'd highly recommend anyone looking at doing this to read this guide on how to calibrate the controllers and use the SteamVR chaperone instead of the WMR boundary (Stop Sign VR is a great choice though, but not necessary).
