Installing/Getting to work on Android, help.
It's been awhile, but I had to open the config INI file that stores the file locations and populate it so it knew where to look for the rct2 files in order to get it to work. Theme Hospital didn't age well...
Of anyone wants to play then there is an open source update for it called CorsixTH. Faithful to the original but it works on modern hardware.

When you play, use the Corsix-TH source port.

The HD mod has not been the recommended way to play the game in maybe seven or eight years. You want VCMI which is an open source reimplementation project similar to projects like OpenTTD, OpenXCom, OpenRA, OpenRCT2, CorsixTH, and OpenMW.
