  • Kinect Full-Body isn’t that bad at all.

What software and Kinect are you using? I had the same problem with Kinect2VR on the X360 kinect, I fixed it by using another program. It's way more responsive, precise and let's you add up to 20 trackers for every joint, but calibration and installation are a pain in the ass.
  • Kinect for vtube
    1 project | /r/kinect | 30 Aug 2021
There's no readymade solution for using Kinect skeleton tracking for live avateering. so if you want to stream, you'll need to grab yourself a VR headset as well, then you can use something like https://github.com/SDraw/driver_kinectV1/ plugged into https://akira.works/VirtualMotionCapture-en/ or http://deatrathias.net/TW/
  • 11 point tracking
    1 project | /r/kinect | 27 Aug 2021
while for normal 6 point tracking you'd normally use https://k2vr.tech/ for best results, For 11 point tracking you'll need to use https://github.com/SDraw/driver_kinectV1 . It doesn't have skeleton flipping and smoothing but it does offer you 11 point tracking.
