These threads have been cropping up constantly over the last few weeks. There is a new launcher available here or you can download the latest version from this page, just like you always could.

You should uninstall and reinstall (completely safe as all your saves, objects, etc are in documents) or use the openlauncher https://github.com/IntelOrca/OpenLauncher/releases

Installing/Getting to work on Android, help.
It's been awhile, but I had to open the config INI file that stores the file locations and populate it so it knew where to look for the rct2 files in order to get it to work.
