The most reliable method for getting a mod to work from my expedience is grabbing an extra copy of DDLC from ddlc.moe. Alternatively, if you don’t want to do that every time you want to set up a new mod since it seems like this isn’t the first time you’ve had this problem, I would advise in getting a mod loader. Don't use the MAS template. Instead, you should be using The DDLC mod template made by GanstaKingofSA.

I need help with some mods
You can download the original game at the official website https://ddlc.moe/ which you will eventually need if you're going to make a mod however I would recommend starting with the mod template @ https://github.com/GanstaKingofSA/DDLCModTemplate2.0/releases and/or DDMMaker @ https://github.com/GanstaKingofSA/DDLC-ModMaker/releases.

How Do I Create a Mod?
