Don't use Mod Manager, as it's no longer supported. Instead, use Doki Doki Mod Launcher

The most reliable method for getting a mod to work from my expedience is grabbing an extra copy of DDLC from ddlc.moe. Alternatively, if you don’t want to do that every time you want to set up a new mod since it seems like this isn’t the first time you’ve had this problem, I would advise in getting a mod loader. Doki Doki Mod Manager is no longer available to be downloaded. Your best alternative would be to try out Doki Doki Mod Launcher which can be found here: https://github.com/GanstaKingofSA/DDML/releases/latest

took a photo of her and ask her a serious question, i hope u guys(me as well) can see these are as some way to solve "it" properly so this is how she goes:
