AppCUI
AppCUI is a cross-platform TUI (Text User Interface / Terminal User Interface) / CUI (Console User Interface) framework designed to allow quick creation of both TUI Application and TUI Games. Resizing console window on windows
Been there done that and in hindsight: while it was a good way to learn some Windows quirks/internals, I now really feel that time would have been better spent learning how to use an existing library (say, https://gdt050579.github.io/AppCUI/, just to name something).

You could try https://github.com/gdt050579/AppCUI . It's still in development, but we have a lot of examples that work that you can try. If you want you can message me for help :)

Installing/Getting to work on Android, help.
It's been awhile, but I had to open the config INI file that stores the file locations and populate it so it knew where to look for the rct2 files in order to get it to work.
