Pop!_OS - trying to get the Tuxedo hardware control software
Answer 2: Tuxedo Keyboard is installed but it doesn't have an executable. It is controlled differently (https://www.tuxedocomputers.com/en/Infos/Help-Support/Instructions/Installation-of-keyboard-drivers-for-TUXEDO-Computers-models-with-RGB-keyboard-.tuxedo) . But I think you have ITE device in your keyboard. So if you want to control RGB keys you can check my project: https://github.com/salihmarangoz/system_tray_extensions and here is a cool video of my laptop https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oub-UnJ8b8

How about custom RGB keyboard extensions for the control center?
I am developing this project for Linux systems for Tuxedo Stellaris 15 / XMG Neo 15 and other identical laptops: https://github.com/salihmarangoz/system_tray_extensions (Check the project page for Demo's. If you are too lazy to open a demo check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3v0SmxLNwq4). So, how about bringing a similar idea to the Windows side?
