Pop!_OS - trying to get the Tuxedo hardware control software
Answer 2: Tuxedo Keyboard is installed but it doesn't have an executable. It is controlled differently (https://www.tuxedocomputers.com/en/Infos/Help-Support/Instructions/Installation-of-keyboard-drivers-for-TUXEDO-Computers-models-with-RGB-keyboard-.tuxedo) . But I think you have ITE device in your keyboard. So if you want to control RGB keys you can check my project: https://github.com/salihmarangoz/system_tray_extensions and here is a cool video of my laptop https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oub-UnJ8b8

Safe fan speeds for XMG Pro 15
Extra: If you have Ite8291 rgb keyboard check this project of mine. If it doesnt work but you know which controller you have then you can open an issue and I can add it if possible. I am rewriting/redesigning the whole project nowadays so stay updated: https://github.com/salihmarangoz/system_tray_extensions

How about custom RGB keyboard extensions for the control center?
I am developing this project for Linux systems for Tuxedo Stellaris 15 / XMG Neo 15 and other identical laptops: https://github.com/salihmarangoz/system_tray_extensions (Check the project page for Demo's. If you are too lazy to open a demo check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3v0SmxLNwq4). So, how about bringing a similar idea to the Windows side?

Where can I find information on Tuxedo_OS?
Which laptop did you buy? If your laptop has an RGB keyboard you can also check my project.

Ubuntu mirror
So... what? Install any distro, add either their Tomte tool if supported or apply the fixes manually. Source code is on Github, not very hard to read.
-
I like Tuxedo, but a recent Tomte update essentially trashed my system
I have opened an issue on Github to prevent these kinds of problems a bit: https://github.com/tuxedocomputers/tuxedo-tomte/issues/3

Where can I find information on Tuxedo_OS?
Also, I find tuxedo-tomte annoying a little. It installs all modules just after installing the package via apt. It modifies package mirrors and sources and making me go crazy. I also submitted an issue on GitHub about it. So, I recommend you installing tuxedo-tomte first, disabling unwanted tuxedo-tomte modules, reverting unwanted changes manually. It wouldn't be a problem for casual users but if you know what to do, it becomes a pain.

Stellaris 15 (Intel) dimming doesn't work.
Our TUXEDO tomte package fully automatically checks your TUXEDO for needed drivers or bugfixes and installs them! This way tomte makes it super easy and hassle-free to make manual ISO installations of Ubuntu, Linux Mint, elementary OS, Kubuntu and many more run totally fine out of the box!

Is there a relatively painless way of switching between dedicated and integrated graphics with AMD + NVIDIA?
If you are using a distribution with our tomte-script installed, that script is now taking care of the kernel rollback.

Why is there no source code for tomte?
They just release the source code: https://github.com/tuxedocomputers/tuxedo-tomte
