  Reshade 5+ addin to apply Reshade effects to render targets of shader groups based on a key press. It allows you to configure these groups from within the addin as well.

  Again it can if someone writes an addon for that for those games. I believe 4lex4nder wanted to do that with his fork of Shader Toggler but I see it's been 6 months since he last worked on that so it might be a while before he releases something polished and working. Anyways the addon system makes it possible. In fact there is not much that can't be done using the addon system it's just that we don't have that many people capable and interested in writing those.
