You see this https://imapsync.lamiral.info/ ? It's only for mails but it's a great solution.
Two things I want to try this month are:

Project mention: Ask HN: Best to store, index and categorize audio recordings | news.ycombinator.com | 2024-03-02If you're doing a pipelined bulk processing pass to add metadata tags after extracting them via Speech to text, or have delimited notes in a text file, or ... etc.
You might find ExifTool useful.
It's pure commandline (with a few third party GUI's IIRC) multiplatform and purpose built to display, edit, add media tags to all sorts of AV files.

https://github.com/Difegue/LANraragi is what you are looking for
Project mention: Show HN: GodotOS: A Fake Operating System Interface Made in the Godot Engine | news.ycombinator.com | 2024-01-11Excellent idea! You'll have a mature, open standard protocol under the hood, with no vendor lock-in, excellent extensibility, and great modern frontends like The Lounge (https://thelounge.chat/) or Convos (https://convos.chat/) to choose from (and you can choose).
> Hook up a shared mailbox, collaborative inbox, or one of the many off-the-shelf customer service solutions like Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, Zammad, osTicket, or FreeScout to your email.
This list is missing the classic, and still excellent, Request Tracker.
https://bestpractical.com/request-tracker
https://github.com/bestpractical/rt
(I have no affiliation, and I’ve only ever interacted with it from the request-submitting side. But it’s always been straightforward and rock-solid, and it’s worth something the the same system has worked continuously for apparently 20 years. And it’s flexible enough that I once worked with a small institution that wired up Request Tracker for submitting jobs to a large-format printer.)
Also I found this, IDK if it'll be of any help: http://www2.futureware.at/KiCad/
