Sinatra/tux - compatible with Ruby 3?
I don't know if that helps (I have never used tux before), but I found out about the sinatra-rax. Apparently someone had the same problem you had and create this gem called sinatra-rax: https://github.com/cldwalker/tux/issues/10

Is there any script available to install tiling window manager in fedora?
I haven't seen many around but I have made one for ubuntu based distros. However you can just download the dotfiles and it should be a decent experience out of the box. Its based on awesomewm: https://github.com/Drostina/EasyAwesomeWM
