Modding on Linux, does it Just Work™ yet?
i sent a patch that fixes it, but it kept getting ignored for some reason. afaics it matched windows' behavior (i wrote a test that confirms it), and it didn't break anything else that i tested it with. patch probably doesn't apply cleanly anymore (i'll have to rebase it later), but if you can apply it, see if it fixes it :)
