You should have used steam tinker launcher it's great and can easily setup vortex and mod organiser 2 reshade etc https://github.com/frostworx/steamtinkerlaunch
Vortex does work really well with wine, I recommend using the scripts from this GitHub issue: https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex/issues/10686
