What are some less popular but well-made crates you'd like others to know about?
Tetra 2D game library. It's very easy to pick up and use. I'd like to bring more attention to it. https://tetra.seventeencups.net/

Is there any 2d only game library with high stuff. I think it would be light-er than bevy and won't crash my PC. Like pygame for python for an instance, supporting collision and stuff in Rust!!!!?
I've also used GGEZ and heard good things about Tetra.
- Minimal graphics crate for Rust

Looking for an open-source project to join part-time
and speaking of game engines, tetra is a really nice one. it's kind of the opposite of bevy - it doesn't tell you how to architect your game, it just gives you some basic graphics/input/audio tools, and you're on your way.

Why Python's Integer Division Floors (2010)
This is because 0.1 is in actuality the floating point value value 0.1000000000000000055511151231257827021181583404541015625, and thus 1 divided by it is ever so slightly smaller than 10. Nevertheless, fpround(1 / fpround(1 / 10)) = 10 exactly.
I found out about this recently because in Polars I defined a // b for floats to be (a / b).floor(), which does return 10 for this computation. Since Python's correctly-rounded division is rather expensive, I chose to stick to this (more context: https://github.com/pola-rs/polars/issues/14596#issuecomment-...).

- Summing columns in remote Parquet files using DuckDB
- Polars 0.34 is released. (A query engine focussing on DataFrame front ends)
