Is there a real time graphics llibrary in c#
A couple other options than what has been suggested so far: - TerraFX.Interop.Windows. Raw, blittable, 1:1 bindings for all Win32, D2D/D3D11/D3D12 APIs (there's also a version with Vulkan bindings). As close to doing #include as you can get in C#. This is my personal favorite, I use it in my own ComputeSharp library, and transitively we use it in the Microsoft Store too 🙂 - Silk.NET another version of high-performance bindings, more opinionated than TerraFX and with some additional helpers to make it a bit easier to use.

Why is every graphics API C# wrapper I find deprecated?

Fixing my BF1942 woes with Win32 APIs
I tried out both TerraFX.Interop.Windows and CsWin32, ultimately settling on the latter. CsWin32 was a little less intimidating as the API is generated based on strings in a text file rather than containing everything at once. Also I like jumping to definition of types to read more and explore APIs etc and doing that to one of the types in the TerraFX library crashed Visual Studio. That's more of a VS problem than a TerraFX library but still - CsWin32 would work great for what I'm doing.
-
How to interact with Win 11 API?
Pick your P/Invoke library of choice. For instance, CsWin32, or if you feel braver and want to go faster, TerraFX.Interop.Windows
- Would you want/use an improved interface to native Win32 APIs for .NET?
-
What's the fastest way to get pixel data from a Bitmap?
I'm using WIC through TerraFX.Interop.Windows in one of my projects, would definitely also recommend that one if anyone's looking for fast, native 1:1 bindings to all these various Win32 APIs.

Why not use ref?
Literally any direct port of C++ objects (eg. here, here)

Triple monitor management
It's a shitty piece of software, and has been for 10 years. Nvidia just refuses to fix it. Switching is very "heavy handed". It often jumbles monitor setup, like which one is left, center, right. It hates it when a monitor is switched off, it often crashes games or even the whole computer when that happens, even if it is just the fourth monitor going into standby where the game isn't even running on. It's buggy and Nvidia knows it, they just don't care, it's too niche for them. For games that don't support windowed triples, like ACC or Euro Truck Simulator 2, I use SRWE. It's just two extra clicks once you have set up a profile and it works much better than surround.

I struggled to find a solution for PLP gaming. I used the software SWRE https://github.com/dtgDTGdtg/SRWE

Is it possible to span a windowed game across all three monitors? No luck so far in research and with Nvidia Surround.
I do all the time. I have triple 48" OLED's. Don't need surround. My favorite mode is double 4k. It only uses half of the side monitors. Better performance and next to zero fish eye effect. I use this program: https://github.com/dtgDTGdtg/SRWE Simple runtime window editor. Run in windowed mode and set a custom resolution in game then use SRWE to size, position and remove the border. You can save a profile for each game.

EliteChroma & FIP Elite
OP I recommend Custom Resolution Utility to permanently add any resolution to drop down lists and SRWE to resize window after starting elite.
