Has anyone here migrated their data off of Adidas/Runtastic?

How to transfer all Garmin activities to Strava?
I use https://tapiriik.com to keep a few different sports apps I use in sync. It works great for a 1 time transfers as well as a continuous sync (with donation). I highly recommend the tool, and to support them if you think it is useful.

Why doesn’t strava buy up the “strava sauce” plug-in for the web browser and incorporate everything in as a part of their paid subscription? Very interesting from the data analytics side. Seems like a super easy way for them to add value for paying customers. Link for reference…
Fair question. You can download data from strava or use a service like https://tapiriik.com to sync work outs between platforms. I used with success about 6 years ago to move all my data from runkeeper to strava.

Syncing Wahoo to Garmin Connect (ELEMNT BOLT/ROAM)
While this isn't specific to activities initially created by a Wahoo device; I've had success with both https://www.fitnesssyncer.com/ and https://tapiriik.com in synchronising data between services.

Join the "Running from the Texas AG Challenge" and help raise money to fight human trafficking!
They do have indoor rowing on strava. I use my garmin for it. You can also use the strava app to record "workout" since it's not listed as a specific activity. https://tapiriik.com/ is also a great way to sync activities across platforms.

I'm always looking at https://tapiriik.com/ hoping coros will be added
- Does anyone have a Mac Script to run to speed up the process of downloading FIT files from Strava to export to TP (so as to include HR data)?

Domains and Email hosting
You can self host email if you really want to, but it's really more trouble than it's worth. If you do self host, you have to worry about the consequences of missed emails if your server or Internet ever goes down, and you'll have to use someone else's SMTP server if you don't want your emails to go directly to spam. The cheapest good SMTP server is Amazon SES, which I believe is $0.10 per 10k emails. I've been looking into mailcow for self hosting an email server and it seems the best way to go.

Ok, I've migrated email to selfhosted
However, https://mailcow.email/ is the ONLY exclusion I make for that. As it's an all in one docker managed solution. Where the only things you have to worry about is the reputation of your mailing IP.

Any self hosted disposable email address generators?
But its probably easier to use a dockerized container with all the mail stuff integrated and pre-setup like: https://mailcow.email/
