dna_parser : A Python package written in Rust to encode DNA sequences for machine learning.
I started to work on a Python library written in Rust to encode DNA sequences (stored in the FASTA format) for machine learning applications. I recently released a first version even if the project is in a very early stage and things will be changed/upgraded/improved. dna_parser 0.1 can be easily installed with pip: pip install dna-parser
