  • Base-2048 encoder, feat. Rust and PyO3
    1 project | /r/Python | 20 Sep 2022
My first attempt at PyO3. Feedback / PRs welcome. https://github.com/ionite34/base2048 Encodes bytes using Base-2048, a safe character set that is displayable on most platforms. Able to encode up to twice as much data (11 bits/character) given the same character count as Base-64. Useful for transporting information over Twitter / Discord messages where character count is limited.
