Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

When you auto-sorted your currency on filter blade
This, along with other issues with his pricing algorithm are really crippling the tool I built to generate loot filters with the settings I wanted, and also incorporating poe.ninja pricing.

Update on Fla_Panther's Super Simple Loot Filter
If you don't want to install Python to run the program you can still help me test the filters. I've generated a number of them with the tool and uploaded them to the main directory for the tool: https://github.com/flapanther33781/poe-filter. The legend for understanding the file names is in the FAQ/Readme, just scroll to the bottom of the main Github page. I also put two there that use Standard pricing.

Is there a way to programmatically get the current league number (for example, this one being 3.15)?
I built a tool to auto-generate loot filters, and initially hard set the file names to start with 3.15-. I'd rather have that than the full name of the league (for a few reasons). The number's going to change over time, so I'd like to make it a variable that can update itself so I don't have to manually change it each league.

Fla_Panther's Super Simple Loot Filter - an alternative data-driven loot filter
Hey everyone. I'd shared this over in the PoE Devs forum looking for help testing but saw /u/impending_dave's post from yesterday so I thought I'd throw down over here as well. You can see pics, video, and more info over at the Discord page. but a quick summary...

wraeblast: a new data-driven loot filter for juicers 🥤 (with global TTS and dynamic colors)
I haven't done stack sizes yet, but I've built something similar (minus the voice): Fla_Panther's Super Simple Loot Filter.

For the past few leagues, and especially this league, I have been discouraged. This weekend I tried Standard.
I think the only reason I'm even playing now is because I wrote a tool to download pricing from poe.ninja and generate loot filters off that data. It's not meant to replace FilterBlade or some other filters, but has certain goals in mind that FB and other filter builders have told me they either aren't interested in doing or cannot do easily ... but (a) I have programming experience and didn't see why it couldn't be done, and (b) I'm using it as an excuse to learn Python, and adding another language to my skillset could result in a better-paying job in real life - so I at least have some possible financial benefit out of this, and don't feel like I'm completely wasting my life learning the ins and outs of some arcane system with no payoff other than what my father would call "mental masturbation".

NeverSink's Filter, FilterBlade, Ruthless - timeline and upcoming changes (as a visual representation)
I know Neversink has worked hard on making a custom filter meta-language which he writes his bases in but the tooling around it has disappeared ( /u/NeverSinkDev ?).

wraeblast: a new data-driven loot filter for juicers 🥤 (with global TTS and dynamic colors)
Just as a note: POE rules are internally "if/else if..." structures. The same applies to conditions within a rule. I might've missed the spot, but you might improve performance a tiny bit, by sorting the conditions within every filter rule. For reference, I use the following ordering: https://github.com/NeverSinkDev/FilterPolishZ/blob/master/FilterCore/FilterGenerationConfig.cs
What are some alternatives?
NeverSink-Filter - This is a lootfilter for the game "Path of Exile". It hides low value items, uses a markup-scheme and sounds to highlight expensive gear and is based on economy data mining.
wraeblast - A library for interacting with Path of Exile game and economy data, and a unique loot filter generation framework.
IFilterShellView - Another windows shell extension that will help you filter and select with ease folder and file items in windows explorer
RePoE - Repository of Path of Exile data for tool developers
HandyControl - Contains some simple and commonly used WPF controls
wpfui - WPF UI provides the Fluent experience in your known and loved WPF framework. Intuitive design, themes, navigation and new immersive controls. All natively and effortlessly.
-DEPRECATED-NeverSink-EconomyUpdated-SC-Filter - This is the SOFTCORE economy-updated version of my filter. It's based on the stable version, but is auto-updated with cutting-edge economy information (which are analyzed, postprocessed and run through several algorithms) every 4 hours.
skilltree-export - Exported data for Path of Exile's Passive Skill Tree.
json-api-example - Example Project using the JsonApiDotNetCore library.
