Yo Ho, Yo Ho, a pirates life for me!! Recent streaming services, prices and shows getting butchered, finally decided its time. Here's how a basic self-hosted 'Netflix' would look like. Fully automated once its setup. Using only a makeshift homelab server from second hand parts.
Yes. checkout out Ezarr

Mini-PC for a fresh start on Plex and more
Im also doing the proxmox with an Ubuntu with docker arr stack. I just moved it to a Nuc11. https://github.com/Luctia/ezarr Is a good starting point for the docker set up. Then I added a vpn container for the qbittorrent to use, added overseerr, and homarr.

OMV6 +Plex
It sounds like you don't really understand what you are doing. There are lots of guides on youtube like TechnoDad and DBtech, but if I were you, I would just go with a script like this https://github.com/Luctia/ezarr or https://wiki.servarr.com/install-script
- Piracy gives you a consistent experience unlike streaming

The End of Netflix Password Sharing Is Coming
It's used to define your environment variables. There's a sample on the Git.

I've made a complete, working out-of-the-box Radarr/Sonarr/Lidarr Docker configuration
TL;DR: Made repo for entire docker stack with ez(arr) explanation without the headache people seem to have with Servarr and docker. Check it out.

Calibre Replacement Considerations
Hey, Kavita creator here and noticed you don't have any mentions of Kavita for epub readers. Kavita is not a Calibre replacement, but has a built-in epub/pdf reader along with some series-based organization.
