Does anyone know how to make a website that has both a standard and experience and a more fun, three.js 3D experience that can be toggled between by pressing a button?
It's not really what you're asking, but I made both https://www.tentacular.com/ and https://www.stickittothestickman.com/ with a non-three-js fallback using detect-gpu (through drei).

Maybe try detect-gpu to conditionally switch from three.js or a webm fallback? Shame there isn’t really a well supported way to do GPU detection until WebGPU rolls out.

Best way to use PCSX2 on M1?
I still think TellowKrinkle's version (https://github.com/tellowkrinkle/pcsx2) is better, even if it doesn't have a native M1 version. The most important thing performance related is the Metal renderer, and that version has it, as well as a Vulkan and an OpenGL renderer. I tried Aether, but still has some bugs, and I think the original interface is better suited for computers

PCSX EMULATOR ON MAC
Just use Tellowkrinkle's PCSX2 port for Mac. It also features a Metal renderer giving much better performance compared to older releases. Here's the link: https://github.com/tellowkrinkle/pcsx2. Also, I'm not sure if it would run that great on a dual core or even be able to open on 10.15, but it's worth a shot.
