The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

I made a Minecraft-like engine using wgpu in Rust!
Very cool! I'm the author of the building-blocks crate, and we've got a Discord channel where we chat about voxel stuff and Rust if you ever want to stop by.

Help with LOD
This is my octree code. It's not C++ but it might give you some ideas: https://github.com/bonsairobo/building-blocks/blob/main/crates/building_blocks_storage/src/octree_set.rs

Simplest way to get basic programmatic tile OR voxel graphics going?
For 2d, there's https://github.com/parasyte/pixels and https://github.com/dtcristo/bevy_pixels (if using bevy). Don't think it has any form of chunking built in though
