The official "website" is the Github repository at https://github.com/bsnes-emu/bsnes/ but some unknown entity has snagged bsnes.org and is now also publicly linking to SNES ROMs they host on Github (Github doesn't care, you can report those repositories as much as you want. If you're not a rights holder they won't do anything).

ryujinx doesn't save my games
I would also recommend doing this, the SNES app for switch is literally just a SNES emulator so you're literally emulating an emulator. There's no reason to do this, so I'd imagine that it's going to be hard to find someone who can actually help. It would be far easier and make far more sense to just use Snes9x or bsnes or something. Plus you'd be able to play rom hacks and stuff!

Which game do you want to emulate? If you're talking about fe7 (localized as just Fire Emblem in the west), you're gonna need a ROM which I can't link here but I can PM to you if you need it, and an emulator. I recommend Mgba (https://mgba.io/) for GBA games.

Here's the thread for the Real Battle Network Gameplay patch, here's the English translation patch, and here's the emulator I recommend where you can just slot in the Navi of your choice to unlock them immediately. The ROM you'll have to scare up for yourself, but I'm sure you can handle it.
