How to import assets from other games?
Other option is to create blocks in proper 3d modelling software like Blender and then export them to .gbx file and use them in trackmania. For Blender you'll need and export plugin, something like this https://github.com/skyslide22/blendermania-addon or this https://github.com/ataulien/blender-trackmania-tools

How do you make custom car models? (TMUF)
1. Go here... or any other website offering custom vehicles. 2. Download a vehicle that's compatible with your version. 3. Export the contents of the zip folder you just downloaded. 4. Download this Blender Addon... 5. Import the .gbxmodel into Blender 6. Either Resculpt the included model or Delete everything you don't want, making sure you keep track of rigging, model naming conventions, etc. (Save yourself some time and keep the suspension and wheels. 7. UV Map and Texture the model. 8. Save the file. 9. Open the GBXML file, and the other text files and make sure they don't need to be edited or recreated. If so, and you can't figure out how to do it, there's tutorials online. 10. Import into Trackmania. 11. If everything looks and works like it should, create a few textures for your vehicle and reupload.

- THIS RENDER ISN'T BY ME, I wanna ask how can I achieve such an art style? Is this done by compositing or a material?

A little demonstration of a toon .gdshader working inside Godot 4 and Blender Malt
Yep, neat little tool for running .glsl inside blender catering to non photo real workflows https://malt3d.com/ . It has a kind of steep learning curve though...mainly because there isn't a whole lot of up to date info on getting started but hopefully I can make some tutorial or something about using it for this specifically

Ideas on achieving similar shader results in Blender? I believe this was made in C4D
It's pretty convoluted to use, and I don't know how you'd achieve something exactly like this, but I'd recommend checking out malt

How do I make a shader/filter like this?
Wait until Malt develops the features to replicate this
