Yep, neat little tool for running .glsl inside blender catering to non photo real workflows https://malt3d.com/ . It has a kind of steep learning curve though...mainly because there isn't a whole lot of up to date info on getting started but hopefully I can make some tutorial or something about using it for this specifically
